The Nourish Mi Alma Journey
Nourish Mi Alma was founded in 2022 in Bensalem, PA in order to provide holistic and comprehensive services that support and foster the health of our patients and clients. We offer a variety of services, materials, and products to promote and sustain your health and longevity.
We love working with those from all walks of life and those who share the common goal of bettering their mind, body, and alma (spirit or soul). Whether you are experiencing pain or simply want to improve your nutrition, physical, and/or mental fitness, Nourish Mi Alma provides the resources and referrals to do so in a healing and friendly environment. Services
We offer 3 plans for seeing our wellness counselors in network.
Our first appointment is called a Wellness Check by a Registered Dietitian.
Membership to our services include 2-4 appointments/month with full access to practice materials, promotions, and our network providers.
We have a spiritual advisor, a yoga therapist, a chaplain, an LPC, health and beauty sales representatives, and multiple RDs and personal trainers at your fingertips today!
Wellness Check $40
During your initial appointment to establish care, we will gather a detailed past medical and social history, organize your diagnoses, and determine your primary wellness goals.
Included is a basic nutrition education and* you will always leave your first session with at least one goal and relevant practice materials and social support from our services, prices vary depending on who ~
Gold Membership $80
This option is primarily for following up after establishing care.
Included is 2 sessions/month, full access to our referral services, medical nutrition therapy, relevant practice materials, and promotions in our store.
Our referral services include time with our spiritual advisor, chaplain, LPC, yoga therapist, and personal trainers.
Rose Gold Membership $150
This option is primarily for following up after establishing care.
Included is 3-4 sessions/month, full access to our referral services, medical nutrition therapy, relevant practice materials, and promotions in our store.
